Account Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting 22ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
All financial transactions on the 22ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 22ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 22ph account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems.
